Resipi paling mudah untuk sesiapa yg suka ratah ayam bakar.

Bahan-bahan ( 5-6 orang makan )

  • 6-8 ketul ayam bahagian peha dan kepak(ikut kesukaan)
  • 4 sudu besar sos cili
  • 4 sudu besar sos masam manis atau sos tomato
  • 5-6 sudu besar sos BBQ (saya suka sos bbq brand masterfoods)
  • 4 sudu kecil garam
  • 1 sudu besar gula
  • 1-2 sudu besar blackpepper serbuk (ikut kesukaan)
  • Bahan salad kentang pula :
  • 3-4 kentang yg telah direbus dan dipotong dadu (buang kulit atau tidak ikut kesukaan)
  • 1 ulas bawang putih dicincang halus dan juga sedikit daun bawang.
  • Perahan lemon (ikut kesukaan)
  • Garam, gula, dan blackpepper secukup rasa.
  • Tomato cerry (kalau suka, letak)
  • Brocolli yg telah dicelur (kalau suka, letak)

Cara-cara

  1. Gaul ayam dengan bahan-bahan sos tadi (sos cili,sos tomato,sos BBQ,garam,gula,blackpepper). Perap dalam 30min. Kalau nak perap semalaman lagi bagus.
  2. Bakar ayam dalam masa 30-45 minit di dalam grill oven dgn suhu 180 darjah celcius.
  3. Kalau nak dapatkan ayam yg lagi berkilat dan sedap, setiap 7-8 minit, sapukan lebihan mixture sos pada ayam. Kemudian bakar lagi. Dan sapu lagi. Dan sambung bakar lagi. (Kalau rajin buatlah macam ni)
  4. Untuk salad kentang pula. Gaulkan semua bahan untuk salad (bawang putih cincang, daun bawang, perahan lemon, gula,garam,blackpepper) dan juga tomato cerry & brocolli tadi.
  5. Selepas ayam masak, hidangkan bersama salad kentang tadi. Salad kentang ni sedap kalau sejukkan dalam peti sejuk dulu. :D
