Otak2_sardin_siap_kukus

Sedap dimakan dgn nasi putih panas2.Otak2 sardin ni dikukus,boleh jugak dibakar...

Bahan-bahan ( 6-8 0rang )

  • 1 tin besar sardin(425g) - dilecek bersama sosnya sekali.
  • 10-15 tangkai cili kering*
  • 10-12 ulas bawang merah*
  • 6 ulas bawang putih*
  • 1 hiris halia*
  • 3 batang serai*
  • 4 biji buah keras*
  • 2 sb rempah kari ikan/daging
  • 2 biji telur
  • 1/2 cawan santan pekat
  • 5-6 helai daun limau purut - dihiris halus
  • 1 sb air limau kasturi
  • garam dan gula secukup rasa
  • minyak masak untuk menumis
  • secukup daun pisang dipotong 10x13 cm dan bersihkan
  • secukup lidi atau stapler utk menyemat daun pisang

Cara-cara

  1. Otak2_sardin_d_mangkuk
    Daun pisang dijadikan seperti mangkuk2 kecil dan ketepikan.
  2. Otak2_sardin_d_care2
    Kisar bahan2 yg bertanda * hingga halus.Panaskan minyak di dlm kuali dan tumis bahan kisar dan rempah kari hingga wangi dan masukkan santan,garam dan gula secukup rasa.Masukkan pula telur,daun limau dan kacau rata lalu masukkan sardin lecek dan gaul hingga sebati.Masak hingga pekat dan masukkan jus limau.Matikan api.
  3. Otak2_sardin_d_kukus
    Bubuh adunan otak2 ke dlm mangkuk2 daun pisang.Buat hingga habis dan susun di dlm loyang.Kukus hingga 15 min. di dlm kukusan yg telah dipanaskan dulu.
  4. Otak2_sardin_d_saji
    Siap untuk dihidangkan.
  5. ***Otak2 sardin ini dh terasa pedasnya...tapi pd yg suka lebih pedas boleh tambah hirisan cili merah atau cili padi dlm step no. 2,ikut selera masing2...
  6. ***Bakar pada suhu 160C selama 15 min.. :)...contoh gambar ada di laporan masakan... :)
