Bahan-bahan ( 6 org )

  • 1/4 cawan minyak sapi              
  • 2 biji bwg putih,dicincang              
  • 2 biji bwg besar,dihiris              
  • 4 kuntum bunga cengkih              
  • 2 inci kulit kayu manis              
  • 6 biji buah pelaga              
  • 6 biji lada putih,ditumbuk              
  • 2 cawan beras              
  • 2 cawan air              
  • 1 cawan susu cair/fresh milk              
  • 2-3 titik pewarna kuning              
  • 1/2 cawan kismis              
  • 3 helai daun pandan              
  • untuk menghidang, bawang goreng dan buah badam              

Cara-cara

  1.                                                 Pijarkan minyak sapi dalam periuk.Goreng bwg besar dan bwg putih hingga kekuningan.                
  2.                                                 Masukkan kulit kayu manis,bunga cengkih,buah pelaga dan lada putih.Goreng selama 5minit.                 
  3.                                                 Masukkan beras,air,susu cair,daun pandan yg disimpulkan serta pewarna kuning.Kacau supaya semua bahan serata.Tutup periuk dan tunggu hingga air kering.                
  4.                                                 Masukkan kismis dan kacau rata.Setelah itu tanak nasi hingga betul2 masak.Ketika menghidang boleh letakkan bawang goreng serta buah badam.

     Roti Canai Telur

Bahan-bahan ( 6 keping )

  • 1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum              
  • 1 sb susu pekat              
  • secubit garam              
  • 1/2 - 1 cawan air              
  • 1 sb minyak/marjerin/mentega              
  • marjerin/mentega-untuk salutan              
  • 3 biji telur - dipukul(saya gunakan 1 biji telur untuk 2 keping roti canai)              
  • Minyak-untuk menggoreng              

Cara-cara

  1.                                                 Campurkan tepung, garam dan susu pekat.  Gaul sebati.                
  2.                                                 Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam adunan tepung hingga doh tidak melekat di tangan.                  
  3.                                                 Masukkan pula minyak/marjerin/mentega.    Uli hingga menjadi doh yang lembut.(Jika doh lembik, tambahkan sedikit tepung)                
  4.                                                 Tutup doh dengan kain lembab/´cling film´ selama 30 minit.                
  5.                                                 Bahagikan doh tadi kepada 6 bebola kecil.  Salutkan setiap bebola kecil tadi dengan marjerin/mentega.  Simpan beberapa jam sebelum digunakan.                
  6.                                                 Sapukan minyak/mentega di meja kerja dan di tangan.  Ambil sebiji bebola, leperkan dan tebar/tarik menjadi bentuk 4 segi.  Letakkan telur yang telah dipukul di tengah-tengah.  Balutkan.                
  7.                                                 Goreng dengan api sederhana dengan sedikit minyak sambil dibalik-balikkan hingga masak.                
  8.                                                 Sesuai dihidangkan bersama kuah dal dan sambal ikan bilis.  Selamat mencuba.

Spaghetti daging burger


Spaghetti resipi dari seha ni…mudah je nk wat…boleh di cuba ngan rasa yakin….tuk pedas seha tmbah cili api…. ~ Siti Nasihah

Bahan

1/2 packed spaghetti pasta (san remo) 1 botol sos spaghetti kimball (dijamin halal) Daging burger ikut citrasa masing2 banyaknya Brokoli Cendawan butang/hitam Sedikit tomato (dadu) Serbuk lada hitam sedikit Mentega sedikit/minyak zaitun pun ok Daun sup Daun bay kalu ader lagi sedap baunye Kalau nk pedas lagi…leh tambah cili api…ikut citasa tersendri Garam/gula bila perlu

Cara

  1. Rebus pasta bersama garam n minyak sedikit. minyak digunakan untuk elakkn pasta dari melekat.
  2. Panaskan kuali or whatever janji leh dgunakan la.then letakkan mentega sedikit sahaj.
  3. Masukkan sos spaghetti. kacau. (jika ada daun bay masukkan)
  4. Masukkan sedikit lada hitam n daging burger.
  5. Kemudian masukkan cendawan.
  6. Masukkan tomato n brokoli. Jangan biarkan terlalu lame coz nk bg brokoli crunchy.
  7. Matikan api dan bubuh daun sup yg diricih halus..

Kacang Phool


Kacang Phool enak dimakan dengan roti ya kawan-kawan. ~ Jeni Mokhtar

Bahan

1 biji bawang putih sedang dipotong dadu 1 sudu besar cili kisar 1 biji tomato buah ranum 1-2 sdb tomato sos 2 cawan daging kisar 2 sdt jintan putih tumbuk 1 sdt jintan manis tumbuk 1 tin kacang ful medammas (java beans) Minyak zaitun untuk menumis Garam secukup rasa

Cara

  1. Tumis bawang hingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan cili kisar. Tumis hingga pecah minyak/
  3. Masukkan daging. Goreng hingga masak dan kering sikit.
  4. Masukkan serbuk jintan manis dan putih. Gaul rata.
  5. Masukkan tomato yang dipotong dadu.
  6. Gaul seketika.
  7. Masukkan kacang ful medammas dan sos tomato.
  8. Masak hingga kering sedikit. Biarkan ada kuah sikit kasi lembap2 sikit.

Mini Blueberry Cheesecake


Cheesecake yang simple yang mama tokek dari tokeh Ciskek Sherina.  Simple tapi sedap…

Resipi asal memang takde base.. tapi mama guna digestive biscuits, butter dan sedikit gula.. blend dan tekan kasik mampat. pastu mama drizzle chocolate skit kat base dia.. baru mama tuangkan adunan cheese tu. ~ Mamazieza

Bahan 500gm cream cheese 1/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla essence

blueberry topping (suka hati laa nak yang berbiji2 atau kurang berbiji-biji)

Cara

  1. Pukul cream cheese dgn gula.
  2. Masukkan telur dan esen.
  3. Tuangkan ke dlm muffin tin dan bakar. Dah sejuk betul baru keluarkan.. mama masuk peti es kasik sejuk cepat
  4. Deco laa dan letak toppingnya.

Dendeng Daging Puti Mazura


Ini pula resipi yang telah dicuba semalam. Memang marvelous !! Memang kalau resipi Puan Puti Mazura tak pernah mengecewakan tastebud ku. :)  Daging dendeng ni saya goreng tak sampai garing sebab saya kalau makan nasi mesti nak ada kuah-kuah sikit. Saya gunakan 500 gm daging tapi kuantiti bahan-bahan lain jeni maintain sukatannya. ~ Jeni

Bahan

1 kilo daging batang pinang , bang with mallet until soft, marinate with sugar, salt and a few dashes of soy sauce. Leave to marinade for at least 2 hours 10 ulas bawang merah, ditumbuk kasar 5 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk kasar 15 tangkai cili kering, direbus dan dikisar 4 batang serai, dikisar bersama cili kering 3 camca besar ketumbar, disangrai dan kisar kasar setengah cawan air asam jawa 4 camca besar kicap manis 1 cawan air (atau lebih) garam gula 3 cawan minyak

Cara

  1. Pijarkan dua sudu makan minyak, tumis bawang dan bawang putih hingga naik bau.
  2. Masukkan ketumbar dan goreng sampai wangi.
  3. Masukkan cili pes, goreng hingga terbit minyak.
  4. Masukkan daging yang telah diperap dengan bahan perapan sekali, balik-balikkan untuk “seal”nya.
  5. Bila sudah “seal” daging, masukkan air, didihkan dan kemuidan kecilkan api, tutup kuali/periuk.
  6. Bila daging sudah empuk, buka penutup, masukkan air asam jawa & kicap dan biarkan renih sehingga air kering.
  7. Masukkan minyak masak yang selebihnya dan besarkan sedikit api.
  8. Goreng sehingga kering dan garing, masukkan gula dan garam (jika masih tawar) .
  9. Angkat dan hidangkan dengan nasi panas.

Homemade Steak


Kiriman ~ Anim Penyulawa

Bahan

A) Steak 4 pcs steak meat 3 tsps pepper powder 1 tsp oregano 3 tbsps black pepper sauce 2 tbsps lemon juice

french fries – fried

12 pcs green peas 200 gm cauliflower

B) coleslaw 50 gm chopped cabbage 50 gm chopped carrot 1/2 pc big onion – chopped 1 tbsp chopped parsley 5 tbsps mayonnaise 1 tbsp lemon juice

C) Black Pepper Sauce Vege stock 1 tsp blended garlic 1/2 pc big onion – chopped black pepper sauce tomato ketchup salt and sugar to taste2 tsps flour – dissolved with 2 tbsps water

Cara

For A)

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill on a non-stick pan.
  3. Deep all veges in salted boiling water. Separate the veges and keep the stock aside.

For B)

  1. Mix all and keep in the fridge a while.

For C)

  1. Without washing the grill pan, pour in vege stock + blended garlic + black pepper sauce + tomato ketchup, bring to boil.
  2. Add salt + sugar and the flour mixture.
  3. Stir well until become thicken.

Sambal Goreng Tempoyak

Bahan

Cili padi, ditumbuk/kisar lumat Ikan bilis, digoreng Bawang besar, dihiris Tempoyak

Cara

  1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali atas api sederhana besar.
  2. Masukkan bawang, cili padi dan sedikit garam.  Kacau hingga cili masak (kata arwah emak saya, kalau tumis cili tak masak, pedas dia lain macam).
  3. Masukkan ikan bilis dan tempoyak secukupnya.  Gaul sebati dan hidangkan.
