Application of synchronous gravel seal in rural road maintenance

Abstract: As an important part of the sustainable development of rural road transport, conservation management has received more and more attention. Therefore, it is of great significance to constantly analyze and analyze the management and maintenance system of rural roads and to innovate and maintain the technology. This paper firstly summarizes the technological process of synchronous gravel sealing in highway, discusses the construction quality control of synchronous gravel seal in rural road maintenance, and finally puts forward relevant supporting measures.
Maintenance management is an important part of the rural road management work, many of China's rural roads opened to traffic after the operation, with the passage of time, the gradual decline of its performance and disease, in order to be able to often ensure that the various rural highways in the project facilities Good condition, and continuously improve the use of quality and service levels, we must take reasonable conservation measures, regular maintenance and repair. In the road maintenance method, synchronous gravel seal layer can meet the rural road construction in the early pavement layer and open the traffic and shorten the construction period, but also to avoid the lack of early strength and premature destruction of the phenomenon. In this paper, the application of synchronous gravel seal in rural road maintenance is discussed.
Under the layer
Cement Lime Fly ash stabilized gravel under the surface layer should be flat, solid, with the provisions of the building arch, without any loose materials and weak sites. The lower layer is prepared and the deflection value is measured. Under the layers of low-lying and potholes, carefully fill and compaction, the looseness should be raked after the sprinkler and re-rolling to achieve smooth and dense.
Loft
The middle line is restored on the base of gravel. A straight line is set for every 5m, and the edge of the building is used to indicate the pile. The pile is marked on both sides with a marked mark to indicate the edge of the construction.
