There are no unique foods that prevent aging process. But, Some foods that when eaten together, repeatedly produce this anti-aging effect.

Of course, I am talking about your general nutrition or "diet".

These are my real-world nutrition tips to slow down the aging process and live a long, young and healthy life:

  • Eat mostly whole foods : avoid processed / refined foods and concentrate on preparing your own meals with natural, whole and natural ingredients is the most complete and simple method to improve your nutrition. In fact, this could be the most powerful measure you can do for your health. Processed foods, typical of the standard American diet, are devoid of nutrients and laden with added sugars, unhealthy oils and fast-digesting carbohydrates. Tip: shop around the perimeter of the grocery store!
