I’ve read a few reviews about PaperWritings.com and how they provide quality writing service and academic approach to writing. I decided to look it up myself since I’m hunting for a written content provider myself. What I noticed from the get-go was a very detailed and rich blog. It covered everything that an average college student would be interested it. After taking a look at some positive testimonials I decided to submit my paper and see how it goes.
Quality of service
First of all, my paper was late. Two hours doesn’t seem like such a big deal since my paper was due a week after that. What I can say is that I’m glad I ordered the paper so early, simply because Paperwritings didn’t deliver on the positive reviews. The paper I ordered was about a subject that was covered numerous times before, and while that was the case, the writing I received was of poor quality. The spelling, the grammar, everything seemed a bit off. I was shocked to be honest, simply because I’ve read good things about PaperWritings.com before that.
I decided to contact customer service in order to get my paper revised or rewritten. While the operator was very kind and forthcoming when we started talking, the conversation quickly took a turn for the worse. When I mention I needed a revision because the paper was simply bad, I was greeted with accusations and threats of legal action. This came as a complete surprise because these online services usually do everything they can to be customer-oriented. The shock was even bigger since I’ve read good things about PaperWritings.com before visiting it. It kind of made me think that all of those reviews were paid for.
The prices on PaperWritings.com are too high compared to the service they provide. Starting at 10$ per page for a paper that’s due in 14 days, it begs the question of what kind of a writer is assigned to your paper. When it comes to being customer-centric, their discount page offers only a glimpse of what you might consider a “discount”. You have to spend more than 500$ for a 5% discount and further 500$ to get 10% off. That’s it. No promotional codes or discounts to speak of.
What made me think about PaperWritings.com is that their blog is really impressive. It’s well written, structured and informative. Their writing on the other hand is a completely different story. The customer support was anything but supportive, refusing to even talk about revisions. I found PaperWritings.com to be very unfriendly when it comes to their customers, and that’s unfortunate because I heard good things about them. Perhaps those testimonials were stimulated by discounts or special offers. I would suggest looking someplace else to get your academic writing done, since PaperWritings.com might just be more trouble than it’s worth.
